The Cotswolds are worth a visit at any time of year and with the fantastic autumn colours this year, I decided to pay a visit.
But first it was Worcestershire for an overnight in Upton upon Severn.
It's a small but pretty town with many medieval buildings and lots of quirky shops, and absolutely masses of pubs and watering holes.
Many of them with outdoor seating on the banks of the Severn, so I imagine in summer it's extremely popular.
Overnight parking is permitted on the long stay carpark just outside the town. It was deserted when I arrived, but it's also popular with HGVs so I was joined by a few, and some other motorhomes, but it was very peaceful.
The HGVs were gone by the time I'd got up and I never heard them leaving so I must have slept well.
Some views of Upton.
